Thank you for your courageous authenticity. I just finished it, and I've actually started the series again (yeah, it's really that good). It's an awesome introduction to the life of Jesus. The first season is on Netflix, but you can download the app for the series and watch the first 3 seasons (there are 4 more seasons that haven't been released yet). I could write a lot more, but I just came here to say please check out 'The Chosen' if you haven't already. My journey of asking why, fighting shame, and struggling to find hope has not been easy (and I'm still on it), but I believe God has been with me all the way. In spite of horrific circumstances, I somehow felt God's immense love for me and began my relationship with Jesus around age 5-6.
